I love the mitten. The longer I live here the more I adore it. I was reminded why I love it so much after traveling up to Traverse City for a weekend to do some wine tasting with friends. The highlight of the wineries was definitely 2Lads (pictured above). Lots of good wine was had as well as food. If you’re planning a trip to Traverse you’ve got to stop at The Jolly Pumpkin and Stella’s. Both delightful places with outstanding food. Michigan is full of surprises and I love finding them.
